Daisy - Kira Hains

Since my first interaction right up until today, GSRV have been incredibly helpful - I am still in regular contact with Vanessa, the beautiful volunteer who brought Daisy to us over Easter 2019. It is obvious that GSRV have the dog’s best interest as their first priority, and chose their home accordingly. I had friends question whether getting a rescue dog was the right move, but to this day, Daisy defies the (often wrong) generalisation that rescue dogs are hard work. We are beyond lucky to have an incredibly gentle, well trained, intelligent girl. Daisy has slotted straight into our family and has filled our hearts. Thank you so much GSRV for allowing us the opportunity to care for Daisy over her “golden” years.

GSRV inspired me to help other dogs that need homes - I now volunteer with GSRV where possible in rehoming other beautiful souls to their forever home.
